Design and realization of an analog integrated circuit for maximum power point tracking of photovoltaic panels

چکیده

The tracking of the maximum power point (MPP) a photovoltaic (PV) solar panel is an important part PV generation chain. In order to track from arrays, it necessary control output impedance panel, so that circuit can be operated at its Maximum Power Point (MPP), despite unavoidable changes in climate conditions such as temperature and Irradiance. A new MPPT analog technique arrays proposed. This uses simple classical functions electronic circuits. An Off-Grid system was considered apply validate proposed technique. entire implemented circuit-oriented simulator Proteus-ISIS. We present results associated with design, realization, experimentation equipped command. obtained have shown good efficiency (more than 98.5%). second paper consists description design realization novel integrated chip. (IC) designed realized using HV CMOS technology 0.35-µm.
